Mark West Bio

For 20 years, Mark has worked internationally with a wide range of well-known organisations in both the public and private sectors, where he has been researching, designing and delivering cutting-edge development programmes in the financial, consumer goods, engineering, media and service sectors.

Mark has operated at Board level, is a qualified coach, has an MBA and is a qualified accountant - so, he gets the essential commercial stuff too. Mark is also a member of the British Psychological Society.

 His interests can be summarised by the question:

How can we create organisations that access, nurture and develop all of the talent available to fulfil a noble purpose?

Mark lives in France, where he is renovating a smallholding with his family. A keen martial artist, he is delighted by the fact that the practise is as captivating as ever – even after nearly 40 years of study.
